Date with Dave:
After losing 21 kilos about 2 years ago, I noticed that it was getting harder and harder to keep motivated to go to the gym and stay fit and in shape. I felt I was losing ‘the battle’. That’s when I contacted Dave, to help me stay motivated and in shape. We talked on the phone, talking about my goals and if he could help me. It was just before my summer holiday and we made an appointment directly after my return home in august. However, I got sick and we didn’t meet until october. By then my goals had changed from’ staying fit and in shape’ to ‘getting back in to shape’! I had lost a lot of my fitness and strength and needed coaching in order not to go too quick. Dave turned out to be perfect for me! He adjusted each training to my state of mind and body and because of this flexibility the sessions were a succes. It took a long time for me to get better and fit again, but thanks to Dave I am now back on track. I look forward to my ‘date with Dave’ every week, even though I know he is going to push me further then I thought I could go! And to tell the truth: on my own…..I would never try!
